The VT220 has been conceived and designed to meet the challenges of homeland security and urban surveillance.
This mobile videosurveillance plateform can be deployed in a very short time and then be fully configured and managed remotely. Self-protected, it allows a continuous monitoring while minimizing the risks of failure or sabotage in sensitive areas.

Autonomous for short to medium length missions (up to 15 days of autonomy), the Vigitower VT220 is the best suited solution for homeland security and videosurveillance applications.
Thanks to its advanced image analysis and geomatics capacities, the Vigitower VT220 can carry out peacekeeping missions (crowd counting, shadow areas monitoring, abnormal behavior detection, access management of protected areas...), border or coastal area monitoring (approach detection, identification...), convoys and motorcades protection, but also critical and vital infrastructure surveillance (strategic warehouses, water and energy infrastructures, risk industries, ministries, embassies, prisons...).
The Vigitower's monitoring is ensured by its remotely controlled mobile dome and by its linear cameras ensuring a virtual video fence around the protected site. The Vigitower are permanently connected to a monitoring center from which operators can have a real-time, full and remote access to the entire system.
