Monitoring center dedicated to the mobile video surveillance systems
The monitoring center’s mission is to centralize the alarms of the Vigitowers’s integrated and self-protected CCTV systems and to alert the client’s reponse teams or the authorities in case of an intrusion or of a live incident.
Through this national and dedicated monitoring center, GINT increases its security services and solutions by allowing its customers to share the cost of the monitoring equipment while still benefiting from expert skills.

GINT's monitoring center is at the forefront of technology and allows an immediate reaction and visual verification by the operators in case of an alert.
GINT’s monitoring center offers top-of-the-line security guarantees with its recognized software infrastructure, its secure power supply and its data storage on two mirror-positioned servers. The monitoring center’s operators are trained by GINT to quickly analyze and interpret the alarms fed back by the Vigitower system and provide a video verification of the alarm. In case of an incident, and according to the procedures established with the client, GINT’s operators will immediately inform a designated person, a security guard or the police.
Thanks to the specificities and the advanced technologies of GINT’s monitoring center, a real-time video verification of the alarm can be immediately done by the operators who can then precisely guide the intervention forces on site through the use of these technologies (geolocation, thermal cameras, mapping) associated to the Vigitower and to the monitoring center.
